The privacy policy of ZMK & ANALYTIK GmbH is based on the terminology used by the Eu-ropean directive and regulatory authorities when the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) was introduced. Our privacy policy should be easy to read and understand for the public as well as for our customers and business partners. To ensure this, we would like to explain in advance the terminology used.

“Consent” of the data subject refers to any expression of will voluntarily given in a specific, unequivocal and unambiguous manner in an informed manner in the form of a statement or other unambiguous confirmatory act with which the data subject indicates that they agree to the processing of the personal data concerning them.

Our website is for information purposes. There is no possibility to register on our website by providing personal data. Therefore no personal data will be transmitted to us.

We do not make use of this possibility.
7. Privacy Policy on the integration and use of Google Analytics (with anonymisation feature), Google AdWords and YouTube
Components of Google Analytics (with anonymisation function), Google AdWords and YouTube are not integrated on our website.
8. Rights of data subjects
If you have any questions about the processing of personal data by us, we will be pleased to provide you with information about the data concerning you (Art. 15 GDPR). In addition, you have the right to correction (Art. 16 GDPR), deletion (Art. 17 GDPR), limitation of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), opposition (Art. 21 GDPR) and the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

9. Changes for the privacy policy
It is necessary from time to time to adjust the content of this privacy policy for future data collection. We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time.
