Our service in the calibration laboratory for Dimensional Measurands

Based on our long-time experiences we offer accredited calibration services for dimensional measurands according to ISO/IEC 17025 with DAkkS calibration certificate.

For the calibration of your dimensional measuring equipment, our calibration laboratory has a large number of modern, high-quality reference and working standards.

Our range of services includes the DAkkS calibration of:

Length Measuring Equipment with adequate measuring uncertainties, e.g.:

• outside micrometers and vernier calipers up to 1000 mm
• setting standards for outside micrometers from 25 mm to 1000 mm
• dial indicators up to 100 mm, dial comparators up to 3 mm and dial test indicators up to 1.6 mm
• outside calipers from 0 mm to 500 mm, inside calipers from 4 mm to 150 mm
• inside micrometers up to 1000 mm and bore gauges with 2-Point contact from 4 mm to 100 mm
• 3-Point internal micrometers from 4 mm to 100 mm
• snap gauges from 20 mm to 250 mm as well as indicating snap gauges and passameters from 0 mm to 500 mm
• 90° steel squares and protractors from 0° to 360°, side length up to 300 mm
• knife edge straight edge up to 300 mm

Gauges with smallest measuring uncertainties, e.g.: 

cylindrical setting gauges

• setting rings, diameter from 2 mm to 280 mm

On-site calibration in the department of dimensional measurands

Your measuring equipment is permanently in use and the delivery to a calibration laboratory is not possible due to technical or temporal reasons?

Our experienced on-site team comes directly to your place. In this way, you save yourself unnecessarily long downtimes and have a competent contact person directly on site.

We also calibrate the following length measuring devices on-site in our mobile measurement lab, depending on the technical requirements, according to accredited calibration procedures (DAkkS).

• outside micrometers and calipers up
  to 500 mm
• dial indicators up to 100 mm, dial comparators up to 3mm and
  dial test indicators up to 1.6 mm
• outside calipers from 0 mm to 500 mm,
  inside calipers from 4 mm to 150 mm
